I don't know if anyone is out there reading this, but I figure I would give an update.
Beginning Weight (1/1/17) = 245.6 lbs
Current Weight (1/24/17) = 234.4 lbs
Total Weight Lost = 11.2 lbs
Average Daily Loss = 0.51 lbs
Average Weekly Loss = 3.56 lbs
That puts me 14.4 pounds away from my first goal of getting down to 220 by June 18. Barring any unforeseen health issues, that shouldn't be a problem.
After that, I plan to lose another 20 to get me down to 200. That should take me until about November, if I do a healthy one pound a week weight loss.
