Kick(box)ing My Behind

I have various workout DVDs that I use regularly.  Some of them I bought for my wife and some I bought on my own.

When I'm looking for a good workout, I try to find one that last about 30 minutes.  I really don't have more time than that in the morning with school work, family scripture reading and psyching myself into going to work.

I have found that Jillian Michaels makes a great collection of behind-kicking DVDs, but my favorite - and, at the same time, lest favorite - is her Cardio Kick Box .

Now, say what you will about Jillian.  Sure, she's annoying at times.  She goofs off too much during the workout.  She may or may not have an Adam's Apple.  But the simple fact of the matter is, she gets you to perform.

And with Cardio Kick Box, she does it in a huge fashion.

I did this workout yesterday and today I feel like I've actually been in a kickboxing match.

Honestly, if you are looking for a great cardio workout, look no further.  (Add weighted gloves and ankle weights to it if you want to burn a little more.)

  1. I'm doing Jillian's 30 day shred and Banish Fat, Boost Metabolism workouts. I have took a beating and yet I still go back for more! It's a love/hate relationship!
