Getting Back On Track

It's been a week since I did any major exercise.  I have done a little Tai Chi & yoga, but nothing too strenuous.

It's this stupid cough and chest congestion.  I can barely breathe while I sleep, I can't imagine what would happen if I did jumping jacks.

I was going along great, exercising every day, eating right, losing weight and then I hit a brick wall.  For the past three days I have done little more than drink NyQuil, read, watch movies, sleep and eat.  (And not necessarily in that order.)

It's driving me crazy!

I'm finally back to work today and I'm hoping to be back to exercising tomorrow.  At least lifting some weights or something.
